Why train with me?

Post Check-up, then I set SMART goals with my clients. That is goals that are...

  1. Specific. Like, weight loss or better flexibility.

  2. Measurable. How will we measure you're making progress.

  3. Achievable. Considering check-up is goal achievable.

  4. Realistic. With life's circumstances can you realistically commit.

  5. Time. Finally, when is set goal suppose to be achieved by!
